This is a very common question we get, it depends on a variety of factors. Builds generally take a few months depending on the options you choose for your custom pool! Upon receiving your quote and beginning to design your pool, we can give you a better timeframe of completion.
No, we do not require a full payment up front. Arizona contract law stipulates how we receive payment throughout the contract. We require a 15% deposit with signed contract, 25% payment at completion of excavation, 25% payment at completion of shotcrete, 25% at completion of decking, and the final 10% when we fill your brand new Gratus Pool with water.
